Christmas Postage Schedules 2023

GENERAL GOODS & PLANTS: Our online warehouse will remain open to pick and pack goods over the festive period apart from the Christmas weekend and Boxing Day. Deliveries are subject to the courier handling times of Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD. The cut-off for pre-Christmas delivery is 2pm on Thursday 21st December (choose express).

COLLECTIONS: Click and Collect collections will not be facilitated between 22nd and 27th December to 2nd January. If you select the collection option upon checkout we will contact you to arrange for the next available date.

PALLET DELIVERIES: The last date to order palletised items to guarantee pre-Christmas delivery is Tuesday 19th December. Palletised items include heavy goods such as fish tanks. Normal service resumes on 27-29th December and 2nd January onward.
